1. Our Commitment

4. Unacceptable Conduct

The following behaviours are strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action:

  • Harassment and Bullying: Any form of physical, verbal, or written harassment, including intimidation or offensive remarks.
  • Discrimination: Unfair treatment based on race, gender, age, religion, disability, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic.
  • Conflict of Interest: Engaging in activities that compromise the interests of the company or its clients.
  • Breach of Confidentiality: Unauthorized sharing of sensitive or proprietary information belonging to the company or its talent pool.

5. Reporting Procedures

We encourage an “open door” culture where individuals feel safe to speak up.

  • How to Report: If you witness or experience conduct that violates this policy, please report it immediately to your supervisor or the designated Human Resources representative.
  • Non-Retaliation: Connect2Talent Network Inc. prohibits retaliation against anyone who reports a concern in good faith. All reports will be investigated promptly and confidentially.

6. Compliance

This Code of Conduct applies to all full-time, part-time, and contract employees, as well as third-party partners acting on behalf of Connect2Talent Network Inc. Failure to adhere to these standards may lead to termination of employment or partnership.
